Ingredients

pint
cremini or button mushrooms, finely chopped
3
cloves
garlic, minced
2
tsp
thyme
1/4
cup
flour
1/4
cup
vegan margarine
1
litre
vegetable stock
(or to taste)
Instructions
Make a roux by melting 1/4 cup vegan margarine.
Once melted, add garlic and thyme and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add in flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring regularly.
Add mushrooms and cook until they release water.
Gradually add brother until desired thickness is achieved.
Enjoy on loaves, potatoes, etc.!
