crushed tomatoes (796 ml)

coconut milk
Instructions
Chop the onion and sauté for about 3 minutes in olive oil.
Add diced or crushed garlic and sauté for another minute.
Stir in paprika and cook for about 30 seconds.
Add crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar, basil, and thyme and cook covered on medium-low for 20 minutes.
Add coconut milk and cook uncovered for 8 minutes.
Remove from heat and blend.
